Accessibility Information & Requirements
We want to ensure that our event is as inclusive, accessible, and fun as possible! You can find event specific accessibility information below, and further accessibility information on our website here.
If you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please let us know by emailing rsu@roehampton.ac.uk and we will be more than happy to help.
Lighting:
There will be no special effects or event lighting used at the venue.
Sound:
Please be aware, music may be played during the event to enhance the atmosphere. However, to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for all attendees, music will be kept at a low volume.
Allergens:
There will be clear allergen labelling and signs in front of the refreshments, but attendees are encouraged to speak with staff at the event if they have any allergies.
To avoid cross contamination, refreshments will be served using separate utensils and tableware.
Venue Accessibility:
The venue is upstairs, but it can be accessed by a lift situated next to the canteen on the Ground Floor, which will take you upstairs directly next to the SETT Bar (on the first floor). The inside of the SETT Bar is step-free and accessible. There is also an accessible toilet located on the first floor – for more information on its location and facilities please click here.
