What's the refund policy?
General tickets are non refundanble and non transferable.
If a ticket upon scanning, is not in the name of the booker and doesn’t match the valid identification provided it will be invalid and you won't be refunded.
In the situation of us (RSU) cancelling an event due to COVID-19, UK Government guidance changes or situations that are not in the RSU's control then a full refund will be given if an alternative date/venue can't be found.
The RSU has the right to cancel your ticket without explanation for any reason in line with our events policy.

What time is last entry into the event?
Last entry is strictly 11:30pm for BOP.
Admittance after this time is not possible.
What ID do I need to bring for BOP?
You will need to provide a physical valid ID card and a valid student ID.
Guests will need to bring their valid physical identification.
For international students, CitizenID cards are a great and accepted alternative that are accepted on all UK scanning systems.
Where is the Students' Union?
We're located on Froebel Campus, next to The Union Bar.

How can I get in touch with the RSU?
You can get in touch by emailing us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk, messaging us through social media or using the live chat on our website.
Can I leave the site and come back in?
Yes, you can leave the site up until the last entry time which is 11:30pm, when leaving you will need to re-queue and be researched in line with our events policy.
Can I bring in my own food and drink?
No, there will be food and drink vendors on-site where you can purchase refreshments.

Bars will also have spiking tests
Trained staff behind the bars for welfare issues.
Do I need to bring cash?
All bars and food vendors will be cashless, but we advise that you bring some form of cash payment in case we experience technical difficulties with our internal payment systems.
Will there be a cash point on-site?
Yes, a cash point are available in Froebel Bar.
Can I bring a guest who doesn't attend Roehampton?
Yes, as a current students you will be allowed to bring in one guest who does not attend the university. You will be responsible for the behavior of that guest as per the RSU Events Policy. To purchase a guest ticket all you need to do is add a guest ticket to your basket.
How accessible is the event for attendees with equal access needs.
If you have any questions or specific requirements please get in touch with the RSU team directly before the event and we will create a bespoke event plan for your needs so that you can fully enjoy the event. Please email rsu@roehampton.ac.uk.
Registered carers will be permitted free access to the event. please email the RSU prior to the event to confirm this.
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, tickets will be found online and you will receive a wristband on entry to BOP
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket will be available in your Native wallet or on the email associated to your Native account.
Please ensure you have your ticket ready to be scanned.
Do you have lost property?
Yes, lost property will be taken to the RSU Reception where it can be collected Monday following the BOP
RSU is open 10-4pm
Can I bring a camera to the event?
You are not permitted to bring in professional level cameras to the event such as DSLR cameras. Standard digital and mobile photography will be permitted during the event.
Can I bring my service dog to the event?
Yes, you can bring in a service dog to the event. Please email rsu@roehampton.ac.uk prior to the event so that we can ensure we can create a tailored plan for you.
Will tickets be available on the day?
Individual tickets will be available for events. They are on a first come first serve basis and once we hit capcaity no more can be sold due to our license and attendee saftey.
Will there be phone charging available on site?
We have phone charging stations where you can rent portable chargers from. We always advise you ensure your phone is fully charged before heading out.
Are there lockers or a cloakroom at the event?
Yes we have a cloakroom available at the event where items are £1 to store.
The website is not allowing me to buy a ticket, what can I do?
Please contact the Native live chat in the bottom right corner and they will be able to assist directly.
What is your policy surrounding drugs?
The university has zero tolerance approach to drugs and drug abuse on campus. Every attendee will be searched on entry. If you are found with illegal substances or prohibited items on your person, you will be banned from the event and will face a student disciplinary as per the RSU Events policy

Can I vape at the event?
Vaping and e-cigarettes will be permitted in all outdoor areas of the event. Use of these devices will not be permitted in indoor areas of the event and persistent usage inside will lead to your removal from the event as per our Events Policy.
You will face an automatic one month ban.
What should I so if I feel unwell at BOP?
Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to one of our welfare areas. We have a dedicated team of professionals on site should you need them.
Regardless of the cause of you ill-health, our staff are trained to be non-judgmental and your wellbeing is the utmost importance.
What should I do if someone is making me feel uncomfortable at the event?
Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, please talk to any member of staff. We have fully trained teams on site who will be able to respond to your situation sensitively and appropriately.
Our Bystander team will also be located across the event and will intervine if they spot any behaviour that we feel is inappropriate
Is there strobe lighting at BOP?
Yes, Monte Hall features strobe lighting intermittently throughout the event. We keep this at the safest of levels but we understand that everyones light sensitivites can differ.
At each late night event we have a medical team & bystanders and if you feel unwell please speak to a member of the teams.
Off campus nightclubs also have strobe/SFX lighting.
