✨ We are excited to announce that entry to the RSU & Sport Awards is FREE* this year for the first time ever! You can also bring one guest* with you so make sure you grab your tickets! ✨

*Please note, there is a £5 deposit on the tickets which is fully refundable subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. Guests are also subject to our Guest Policy. All event policies can be found below.
Event policies
To ensure that the event is fun and inclusive for all students at Roehampton, the RSU & Sport Awards 2024 is an alcohol-free event.
- Students are not permitted to provide, distribute, or drink alcohol within the venue.
- Students who are found to be in a state of intoxication will not be permitted at the event, and any tickets purchased will not be refunded.
The dress code for this event is formal attire.
- Students are welcome to bring one guest to the RSU & Sport Awards 2024
- Guests must have a “guest ticket” that has been purchased by a registered student at Roehampton University.
- Guest tickets must include the full name of the guest.
- Guests must provide a form of 18+ ID that matches the name listed on their guest ticket. Failure to produce matching ID may result in denied entry to the event.
- Students must attend the event with their guest. Unaccompanied guests will not be permitted entry to the event.
- Students’ are responsible for the behaviour and conduct of their guest. By bringing a guest, you accept this responsibility.
1. Tickets for the event are fully refundable subject to the following condition:
- The ticket holder has attended the event, and their ticket has been scanned by a member of RSU staff.
2. The RSU and Sport Roehampton reserve the right to reject refund requests on the following grounds:
- The ticketholder has been found in breach of the Alcohol-Free Policy
- The ticketholder has been found in breach of the Guest Policy.
- The ticketholder has been found in breach of any University of Roehampton or RSU Policies.
- The ticketholder is unable to attend the event.
- Any other relevant conditions
3. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days of the event.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the ticket
Free food will be provided at the event, with vegan and non-vegan options available. If you have any dietary requirements, please outline this on your ticket(s).
Please also ensure that you speak to a member of catering staff during the event about your dietary requirements.
