Roehampton Students' Union Campaigns and Insight Coordinator and Queer Historian Freddie Newell will deliver a LGBTQ+ History lecture to celebrate LGBTQ+ History Month.
The theme of the lecture is: 'Has Historical Queer Resistance been reimagined?' looking at what LGBTQ+ backlash looked like during the Stonewall Riots, and how this backlash has now been reimagined and repurposed in today's modern political climate.
