IKEA Trip…

So, you're starting to settle in, but the walls are looking a bit bare and your desk is looking a bit lonely. Let's do something to fix that. 

Come get some new furniture and cool decorations at IKEA Croydon.

And, while you're at it, why not have a few Swedish plant/meat balls and some ice cream while you're there? It's a fun day out and a chance to get all the essentials and more before term starts.

What is the plan?

• Coach to arrive via Clarence Lane at 08:30. 
• When we arrive at IKEA, students are free to explore by themselves (you are not obliged to stick with our group). 
• You are also welcome to explore any of the stores around Purley Way (in the vicinity of IKEA Croydon) so long as you return to the point of origin by 16:30 on the day. 
• Your £20 ticket covers coach travel to and from the venue - air-conditioned, comfortable travel with none of the issues of public transport. 
• The coach allows for up to 10kg luggage each, so students can purchase small/light items to take back – if you purchase larger items, these should be arranged to be delivered to the university.
