RSU is partnering with Roehampton Desi Society and Heartfulness UK to deliver a Green Week-exclusive free meditation session for our students on Froebel Lawn.
Please purchase a free ticket if you would like to attend and take some time out to practice mindfulness in the great outdoors. This is an hour-long guided session that we hope our students will get something out of in the lead-up to exams, with a focus on wellbeing and inner peace. ?️
