Free Bread Making Workshop (£5 deposit required)

Join us for a FREE bread making workshop with expert baker Juli from the 'East Sheen Microbakery', where you'll create your own gorgeous loaf of bread and learn all there is to know about artisan baking!

What you'll get from the workshop:

- Learn the entire process of creating your own loaf. From weighing and mixing a basic dough, kneading and shaping the dough and understanding when the best time to take it out of the oven is.

- Your very own loaf, fougasse or pair of bread rolls to take home with you.

- Opportunity to ask Juli any questions about baking.

- Aprons provided but feel free to bring your own if you like.

There'll be a break in the middle of the workshop when our bread is in the oven. During this feel free to do your own thing or stay with us for a hot drink and a chat!

Workshop will take place in the Brearley building kitchen (Froebel) but meet outside RSU reception at 10am beforehand to start.
