We are thrilled to invite you to our first Freshers' Boat Party! Join us to celebrate the start of the best years of your life, with music and drinks aboard while you enjoy the best views of London.Â
⚠️ The boat will depart from Westminster Pier at 7:00pm sharp, so please arrive at 6:30pm for boarding. The boat will disembark at Westminster station at 10:45pm.

Admission
The boat will depart from Westminster Pier at 7:00pm sharp, so please arrive at 6:30pm for boarding.Â
Identification
We'll need to see your Student ID Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card or government ID) in order to get access to the venue. Please note, we do not accept BRP/ARC cards, student cards, or photographs of ID e.g. a photo of your passport as proof of age.
Event Tickets
E-tickets are your ticket to the event and you'll need to have this with you to get into the venue. After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive an email containing your ticket alongside a QR code. You will need the QR code to get into the venue and can add this to your Apple/Google wallet, print it out or just have it ready when attending the event as it will be scanned on the door of the event.
If you intend to show your ticket on your phone we recommend you lock your screen into portrait mode and turn up the brightness. This will help to make scanning your ticket easier.
Welfare and Accessibility
Our bystander intervention team will be at the event alongside trained medical staff who will be available for you throughout the night. Please note that the venue is not fully accessible. If you or someone you know requires access to special facilities, please email rsu@roehampton.ac.uk and our friendly team will do their best to meet your needs.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are not permitted to bring their own food or drinks. Please keep in mind that there won't be any food sold in the boat, please consider eating before the event. However, you will be able to buy drinks once you are on board.
If the boat operator suspects you are intoxicated or under the influences of other substances, you may be denied boarding.

Yes. As soon as you enroll as a student at Roehampton, you become a member of RSU.
Unfortunately, due to high demand, Freshers’ Festival events are only for current students at the University of Roehampton.
Tickets are non-transferable, and you will only be able to buy a ticket for yourself. If any student has a problem purchasing a ticket, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk
We are a cashless Students’ Union and campus, and therefore you will be unable to purchase tickets with cash. Tickets can only be purchased online through our event ticketing platform “Native”. If you experience any trouble when purchasing tickets, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk
All sales are final, and refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased (including duplicates or purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event or non-attendance due to personal choice, illness or injury).
Please note that this is standard practice at every entertainments venue in the UK and complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 – ticket sales are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Your Student ID Card and tickets are non-transferable – i.e. you cannot lend them to anyone else to get into our events.
No, membership for the Students’ Union is free but you might need to pay for some events or activities throughout the year depending on how you choose to get involved.
You will only need a valid ID for our late night events (18+), for anything else you can simply turn up.

We take all possible steps to ensure that food allergy and intolerance information is available at the point of service. Generally this is through notices that clearly state allergen information alongside providing our staff teams with regular allergen training.
We do ask that if you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease to please speak to a member of staff at the event or venue you are in before ordering/consuming any food or drink.
1) Log onto native and click "log in/sign up" in the top right hand corner
2) click "continue with University email". You will then be directed to the log in page for the RSU website
3) Click log in with student account and input your University email & password.
4) After logging into the RSU website, you will be directed back to Native where you can then purchase as many tickets as you like!
If you have any trouble logging in, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk for support. Please note, tickets are student only so you will not be able to purchase tickets through any self-made accounts.
