GH.004 (Terrace Room),
We're delighted to welcome you to our Disabled & Neurodivergent Network coffee afternoon where you can get to know other students within the Disabled & Neurodivergent community!
Kick off your afternoon by meeting new people and grabing some free coffee and cake.
We want to ensure that our event is as inclusive, accessible, and fun as possible! If you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please let us know by emailing rsu@roehampton.ac.uk and we will be more than happy to help.
Yes. As soon as you enroll as a student at Roehampton, you become a member of RSU.
Unfortunately, due to high demand, Freshers’ Festival events are only for current students at the University of Roehampton.
Tickets are non-transferable, and you will only be able to buy a ticket for yourself. If any student has a problem purchasing a ticket, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk
We are a cashless Students’ Union and campus, and therefore you will be unable to purchase tickets with cash. Tickets can only be purchased online through our event ticketing platform “Native”. If you experience any trouble when purchasing tickets, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk
All sales are final, and refunds are not available on tickets once they have been purchased (including duplicates or purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event or non-attendance due to personal choice, illness or injury).
Please note that this is standard practice at every entertainments venue in the UK and complies with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 – ticket sales are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period.
Your Student ID Card and tickets are non-transferable – i.e. you cannot lend them to anyone else to get into our events.
No, membership for the Students’ Union is free but you might need to pay for some events or activities throughout the year depending on how you choose to get involved.
You will only need a valid ID for our late night events (18+), for anything else you can simply turn up.
For late night events (18+) you’ll need to bring your Student ID Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card).
Please note, we do not accept BRP/ARC cards, student cards, or photographs of ID e.g. a photo of your passport.
We take all possible steps to ensure that food allergy and intolerance information is available at the point of service. Generally this is through notices that clearly state allergen information alongside providing our staff teams with regular allergen training.
We do ask that if you have a food allergy, intolerance, or coeliac disease to please speak to a member of staff at the event or venue you are in before ordering/consuming any food or drink.
If you have any trouble logging in, please contact us at rsu@roehampton.ac.uk for support. Please note, tickets are student only so you will not be able to purchase tickets through any self-made accounts.
You can purchase individual tickets for each event on our event ticking platform “Native”. Some events will be free, but you may still need to book your slot to reserve your place. Please refer to each event page for further information on tickets.
Make sure you keep the ticket and QR code as you will need the QR code to get into the venue. You can add to your Apple wallet, print it out or just have it ready when attending the event as it will be scanned on the door of the event.
If you intend to show your ticket on your phone we recommend you lock your screen into portrait mode and turn up the brightness. This will help to make scanning your ticket easier.
Please note, for late night events (18+) you’ll need to bring your Student ID Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card).
There are a wide range of day-time events that are alcohol-free. Have a look through our event ticketing platform “Native” to find an event you like! You can read detailed information about each event on their respective page.
